Motorist Passes Out on Boulevard, Facing DUI and Drug Charges

Jesse Rager is facing charges.

A Raccoon Township man is facing driving under the influence, heroin possession and other offenses after police said he passed out at a busy red light Friday afternoon in Leetsdale.  

Jesse R. Rager, 24, of Raccoon Township, was transported by ambulance to around 2:15 p.m. June 22.

said Rager was unconscious behind the wheel of a Jeep when police responded to a call on Route 65 at Village Drive next to the Quaker Village shopping center.

Officers were able to find a pulse on Rager, who was treated by Valley Ambulance out of his heroin-induced stupor.

In the process of getting Rager out of his Jeep, police found 13 stamp bags of heroin and a used needle in the waist band of his jeans. Police also confiscated  two knives.
