Sewickley Men Appear in Court on Trespass Charges at the Country Inn
Justin Chorba and Connor MacDonald are accused of breaking into the Sewickley Country Inn last month.
Two men accused of in August at the Sewickley Country Inn appeared Tuesday in court to face charges.
, 18, of Sewickley waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, corruption of minors and receiving stolen property. He was released on a promise that he would return for a future court hearing.
Connor MacDonald, 19, of Sewickley also appeared before on charges of criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass. MacDonald’s charges were withdrawn in exchange for a guilty plea to disorderly conduct, a summary offense. MacDonald also was ordered to pay a $300 fine plus court costs.

His attorney, Richard Start, explained the judge’s one condition that MacDonald not return to the Country Inn site.
"You're not to go back on that property again," Start said.

Ford warned MacDonald that if he is again found trespassing, "you'll get picked up by police and go straight to jail."
According to a criminal complaint, received a report shortly before 4:30 p.m. Aug. 13 that four or five people were inside the Sewickley Country Inn, which closed in 2009.
Officers found Chorba, MacDonald and two teenage girls inside the building on Route 65 and took all four into custody. Police learned Chorba had broken in on another occasion and stole about 200 keys to the motel rooms from an office. The keys were used to get inside the building, police said.
Police said this was the first time the others had entered and cited the two underage girls with trespassing. The Allegheny County District Attorney's office and police agreed to offer MacDonald a plea agreement.
Chorba, a former , appeared in shackles from the Allegheny County Jail but was released on modified bond. He'll face a formal arraignment later this week for a June incident in which he accused of going on a vandalism spree through and with another man.
Police said the two damaged nine cars and to a pile of garbage several feet away from a utility pole.
