A Moon Township woman faces a hearing today on charges that she failed to pay for her food and drinks after dining at a Sewickley restaurant.
Donna Hettick, 59, of Sharon Road, is charged with theft of services, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
Police said Hettick ordered a chicken salad and had three glasses of wine April 25 at Lula on Broad Street. When it came time to pay her $40 bill, police said Hettick claimed she couldn’t pay because she didn’t have any money.
