Paramedics from Valley Ambulance took a woman away on a stretcher after a two-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon on Route 65 at the entrance to the Quaker Village .
Police said the woman was driving a Ford Escort northbound on 65 around 5 p.m. when an unidentified male in a Chrysler Sebring attempted to turn left from Village Drive and the cars collided. Both drivers had a green light, police said, but the male did not have a green arrow when he turned.
He did not appear to be injured, police said.
