GENERAL ELECTION CANDIDATE FORUMS

 

MAY 17 PRIMARY CANDIDATE FORUMS

  • Candidates for Region 2 in the will answer questions from residents at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 11 in the community room of the Sewickley Public Library.
  • A Meet-The-Candidates event is scheduled from 5:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 12 at , 210 Frederick St., Sewickley. For more information, contact John Small, chairman of Faith Vision Inc. at 412-741-9712 or triumphbaptist@verizon.net.

To check if you are registered or for other information, go to the Allegheny County Elections Bureau website.

 

POLLING LOCATIONS

The following locations will be available for Sewickley-Valley voters on May 17. Do your poll judge a favor and go to the right location. You'll make your life and theirs a lot easier.

Use the map above as well, where pins represent different polling places throughout the area. All locations except Haysville are handicapped-accessible.

Voters may obtain alternative ballots due to an inaccessible polling place by:

  • Applying in person at the Allegheny County Elections Division, Room 601 of the County Office Building, 542 Forbes Ave., Downtown
  • Calling 412-350-4520

Applications must be returned no later than 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1. After an application is received, the applicant will be sent an absentee ballot that must be completed and returned to the Elections Division no later than 8 p.m. Nov. 8.
