Schroth said property rights are not going to be violated, but a better designation will mean increased protection of the resources and increased opportinities for grants. Which translates to " We will be watching what you are up to on your OWN property.", These LIBERALS with their protection of this and protection of that... I had enough of these type of people. They come into our towns, from some where else and try and tell us "what's best for us."

Who is really the poser here ? Ed Schroth has been watching out for our community and environment for more years than he or many of us would be willing to admit. He has been and continues to be one of the most dedicated people to the kids and students in our area. The stream in question is what it is because of Ed and his many students that he taught over the years.

This is an exceptional achievement that the community should support and take pride in. Mr. Schroth, who lives in the community, has spent many years protecting and encouraging students to become aware of the environment around them. I was one of those students and community members. And I am proud to say - I was "Up The Creek with Eddie's Gang".
