When does school start? Depends on whether you're a teacher or student.
The 's first day for students is Tuesday, Sept. 4. Teachers head back for in-service days on Monday, Aug. 27.

But the schools' campuses will be busy before that. "Plant a Garden" for kindergarten is set for Thursday, Aug. 9, and kindergarten "Story Time" will be held on Monday, Aug. 20 to help incoming kindergarten students and their families transition to school.
Inevitably, the question comes around: What days do we have off? Here's the answer. Of course, this could change if there are snow days to make up. But, for now, go ahead and mark your calendar.
