Color Theory: Workshop for Ages 16 & Up

In this work shop you will learn color mixing with oils/acrylics referencing the color wheel and will study neutral greys achieved with gradations in numerous complementary color bands.

The workshop continues with a group discussion on images for painting that each student is encouraged to bring to the workshop and how they may be approached for desired maximum effect in relation to composition, color, contrast, temperature and atmosphere.

There will be a break for lunch, so bring a bagged lunch or take a break in town.
