Delicious, Healthy Cooking

Rebecca Lewis is teaching a class on delicious, healthy cooking for her personal project.  Samples will be served for 5 incredible dishes, and admission is free.  Rebecca has attended the Kushi Institute 4 day summer intensive, 2011, and focused upon cooking healthy foods from all around the world.  She has also attended Rosemary Traill's Macrobiotic cooking classes as well as The Mother Earth News Festival Cooking Classes, 2011.
