Jennifer Antkowiak – KDKA TV news anchor, author, mom, and caregiving coach – will present “Take Care Tips: How to Care for Yourself While You’re Caring For Others.” Ms. Antkowiak will share her own caregiving story, as well as insights, advice, and strategies caregivers can incorporate into their own lives to help reduce stress and increase happiness.
