In this workshop, students will learn how to assemble a perfect, flaky pie crust, learn to put your own twist on fruit and other fillings, and pick up a few new tricks for topping your pie. The course will cover all-American pies, French-style tarts, and bite-size hors d’oeuvres.
Bring your own rolling pin and pie or tart pan to practice and take home your pie crust. All other materials are included in the tuition.
