QV Sophomore Organizes 'Freeze Your Lymphs Off' 5K Run

Proceeds from the Feb. 18 event benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Josh Billings, a sophomore at , has organized a 5K benefit to help find a cure for lymphoma.

Billings explains that he decided to organize the "Freeze Your Lymphs Off" run for his student project after his dad was diagnosed with lymphoma, a form of blood cancer that affects the lymphatic system, a little more than nine months ago.

"I believe that no one should have to live their life burdened with cancer, or have to worry about someone they know," Billings explains.
