The Sun is Shining Here

Just like it is five o’clock somewhere, the sun is also shining somewhere.  The blue of the sky could be covered by a blanket of white clouds in the Village but venture to the Sewickley Community Center on Chadwick Street and you will always find the sun shining there. As you draw near to the Center you will hear the crisp clear sound of laughter and splashing coming from the community’s premier, friendly-priced outdoor swimming pool.

Summer is here and the pool is now open! The pool is open in June daily from 12:30pm-6:00pm and Wednesdays until 7:30pm.  The pool is open in July daily Monday-Friday 12:30pm-7:30pm and hours on Saturday and Sunday in July are 12:30pm-6:00pm.  Then in August the pool is open daily from 12:30pm to 6:00pm and Wednesdays until 7:30pm.  You can swim after work!  What a great alternate way to unwind and maximize your summertime fun!

Oh, and I did mention friendly-priced.  Rates are $5.00 daily for adults 18 and over and just $3.00 daily for those 3-17 years of age.  FREE SWIM rates apply to children 2 and under and to members of the Sewickley Community Center.
