New Year, New You!

Join Tina and Natalie from CMN Nutrition Group and The Lotus People. Life and yoga are all about balance. Get a jump start on the New Year by joining Natalie in this yoga session. She will lead a short discussion and demonstration of basic yoga postures and their benefits. Tina will follow the yoga session with a discussion that includes quick and easy tips to help put your New Year's resolution goals on the fast track to success. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in as participation is encouraged.
