QVSB to host University of Pittsburgh softball skills and coaches' clinic

QVSB is pleased to announce that University of Pittsburgh assistant softball coach Jennifer Chamberlain, assisted by members of the University of Pittsburgh women’s softball team, will hold a softball skills and coaches’ clinic at Bell Acres on Saturday, August 25, 2012. This three-hour clinic for current and prospective players will focus on the fundamentals of batting, baserunning, fielding, and throwing. There will also be a two-hour coaches’ clinic for all current and prospective coaches.

All girls ages 8—18 are invited to participate in this clinic regardless of prior softball experience. If you know someone who thinks she might be interested in playing, encourage her to come and try it!

The cost is $20 per person. To register for this event, visit the QVSB website at www.qvsb.org
