The Sewickley 5K "Heart and Sole" will benefit Heritage Valley Sewickley Foundation. The course will take runners through the historic streets and neighborhoods of Sewickley with the final leg of the race finishing at the War Memorial Park. This fun run/walk is open to everyone. Families are encouraged to participate together. Medals will be awarded to the top male/female finishers in their respective groups.
