The CHAOS Invitational “Chip In For Child Health”

The Child Health Association of Sewickley is pleased to announce he CHAOS Invitational, “Chip in for Child Health”

This golf event is scheduled for June 27, 2011 at Allegheny Country Club.  The outing will feature a buffet lunch that will be served prior to the play of 18 holes on the historic Allegheny course, the first 18-hole golf course in western Pennsylvania. 

The format will be “play your own ball”.  Cocktails, dinner stations and an awards presentation will follow to conclude the day.  Multiple levels of sponsorship opportunities are available for this event.

Carol Semple Thompson will serve as the Honorary Chair for this event. Ms. Semple Thompson was voted the 2003 Bob Jones Award, the highest honor given by the United States Golf Association in recognition of distinguished sportsmanship in golf.  In 2005, she was named recipient of the PGA "First Lady of Golf Award" and in 2008, she was elected to the World Golf Hall of Fame in the Lifetime Achievement category.   

Ms. Semple Thompson will be greet participants on the putting green and be available for questions and demos on the day of the event.

In addition, 500 raffle tickets will be sold at $20 per ticket.  The winner will receive a day of golf for a foursome to be played on the Allegheny course.  The winning ticket will be drawn at the Awards Presentation on June 27, 2010.  Tickets are now on sale for this raffle.
