For those who want a total body experience, this YMCA class will incorporate alignment. Students will use their body weight as resistance while training. Class runs 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Monday and Friday. Session I runs Sept. 10-Oct. 27. Session II is Oct. 29-Dec. 15. Cost is $50 members and $95 for non members. Class is held in the community activity center.
