Hostile.Oppressive. Offensive. We had our shop bank account at Dollar for 12 years. In that time we never bounced a check. In the last 6 months that we banked there,Lori,the manager started carding me every time I withdrew cash. I told her I found it offensive;particularly since she had seen me in that bank anywhere from 3 to 6 times a week for 12 years. Her response was that the machine told her to card me and there was nothing she could do.I have since moved to First National Bank where they have bent over backwards to please. Dollar's downfall was firing Cathy,the teller. She knew her customers well-and their moods.If Cathy sensed I was in a hurry,she got me in and out of there in a flash.Now,it has become a training bank and you rarely get a regular.I'm glad to be gone;there are enough hassles in life and Dollar Bank is no longer one of them.
