Store seems to be understaffed on weekends. Wife and myself ended up waiting far too long to make a purchase because of no designated cashier. Ended up leaving and coming back the next day to try again. Even more crazy and hectic. Employees running around doing too many things at once just doesn't didn't make a good impression for getting my dog groomed here. Poorly managed.

I LOVE LARRY'S! I've been going there for almost 5 years and so happy they are close by. I get my dog's healthy grain free food there (no more itchy dog) and it's the easiest way around to give him a bath. Jeanie keeps up with all the latest and healthiest pet foods, treats, grooming tools, and pretty much any toy and accessory you can think of. I also love that Larry's donates $1 from every dog wash to the Western PA Humane Society and has fundraisers for them all the time, no small feat I would think for a small business. Per commenter below, I don't think many businesses these days can dedicate one employee to just sit and be a cashier all day and have that be their only responsibility. If there's no one at the register when I need to make a purchase, it only takes a second to find someone and they're always happy to help.
