What is the primary reason you are running for this office? I am running for this office because I want to give back to the community I have lived in for the last 13 years. I believe Leetsdale is an excellent place to live and want to work hard to improve the perception of our community in the Quaker Valley area.  

What will be the single most important priority if you are elected? I believe one of the priorities of the next council has to be infrastructure within the borough, including repairs to both Washington and Beaver Streets.

If elected, I would also look to continue improvements to both Henle and Kohlmeyer parks. Finally, I would like to see the borough continue to become more green,  including recycling initiatives and making buildings and vehicles more energy efficient.  

What is your favorite thing about the community? Having a young son,  I believe Leetsdale is a wonderful place to raise a child and enjoy the programs the community puts on for children and the resources geared to the youth within the borough,  like the splash pad and playground within Henle Park.

What is the biggest problem facing the community? Funding needed to make the infrastructure improvements to roads and bridges within the borough.  Improving the perception of the borough within the Quaker Valley community.
