A longtime Sewickley fixture-built in the 1890's-the Sewickley Hotel has had several incarnations and owners. A recentMore makeover which included new windows and a new facade transformed the hotel from a dive to a dressed-up, elegant establishment. Dress is still casual, and you can still get a great burger or fish sandwich with fries or onion rings. Nice salads have been added to the menu along with several special entrees "with French influences" each day. During good weather - mostly summer -  outdoor seating is available in a courtyard with umbrella tables and greenery.  This is a very popular place with residents and on weekends it can be difficult to get a table without a wait. Live music is featured on Fridays and Saturdays. On Sundays, the hotel offers brunch.
Critmore Professional Building

Conveniently located right on Route 65, this building houses doctors and other medical offices and is completelyMore wheelchair accessible. They have waiting rooms in each individual office but friends and family can wait in a common waiting area or outside in a white gazebo shaded by tall trees and near the creek. There is a covered entrance to shield patients during inclement weather.

The menu has a varietyMore of casual fare -- burgers, sandwiches and salads -- as well as higher-end choices such as seafood, steaks and daily specials. During good weather, you can enjoy your meal on a multilevel deck/patio dining area, and there is also a bar with seating to grab a quick burger and beer. Popular with locals, Andora has a large parking area.
