Suspect in Burglary Attempt Will Stand Trial

David Jablonsky, 24, of Coraopolis has a formal arraignment in August.

A Coraopolis man will stand trial for attempting to break into another Sewickley business. David Jablonsky, 24, of Coraopolis waived charges to court Tuesday of loitering and prowling at nighttime and simple trespass to court. One count of burglary was amended at District Court in Leetsdale to a criminal trespass charge.  According to a criminal complaint, Jablonsky admitted to Sewickley police on June 10 that he tried to get inside Sewickley Traditions on Beaver Street because he thought there might be money. Burglary Suspect to Appear Again in Court

David Jablonsky is accused of targeting Sewickley businesses.

A Coraopolis man previously charged with burglarizing Sewickley businesses has been charged again with attempting to break into another borough business. David Jablonsky, 24, of Coraopolis is facing burglary, loitering and prowling at nighttime and simple trespass charges. A hearing has been postponed until Tuesday. According to a criminal complaint, Sewickley police were called June 10 to Sewickley Traditions, 555 Beaver St., for a report of a burglary in progress. The owner, Carl Bauer, told police he was upstairs when he heard two loud bangs so he went outside to investigate. Bauer saw a man later identified as Jablonsky on a red bicycle on his property.
