Police received a report Feb. 11 of a sexual assault involving a teen who was raped by an 18-year-old man. Police were told the alleged assault occurred Feb. 9 at a bonfire somewhere in Sewickley. The matter has been turned over to Allegheny County Police detectives. Charges have not been filed. Sewickley police also responded to the following incidents. Sewickley Police responded recently to Cochran Street for a report of three males exiting a red Volvo and walking into the woods with pipes, possibly for drug activity. Police said the descriptions matched those involved in a recent home burglary at a nearby residence. Officers arrived at 4 p.m. Nov. 8 and recognized the car as belonging to Nick Skoski. The vehicle was parked just beyond a Nevin residence. Police said Skoski, 19, of Leet, Maurice Haley, 18, of Ambridge, and John Berger, 19, of Leet, were also seen in the woods behind a residence.
