A Sewickley man is accused of burglarizing a borough home twice to steal silverware he later pawned in Sewickley and Cranberry, police said. Brian Ramoutar, 22, of Summerlawn Drive, is charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft, and one count each of receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
