Sidney Crosby's Little Penguins Learn to Play Hockey program will return for its fifth season with a stop at the Airport Ice Arena in Moon Township. Registration is now open for the program, which takes place Jan. 26 at the Airport Ice Arena. Registration for the Moon Township boys program is full, but spots are still available for girls. The camp, which introduces the game of hockey to youngsters, is open to children aged 4 to 8. The cost of attending is $175. A certain amount of luck and a random act of kindness landed me a seat exactly one row behind the Penguin bench at Monday night’s big game. And this was not just any hockey game, as we all know. Monday night marked the epic return of Sid the Kid—the great Sidney Crosby—after a 10-month absence spawned by a severe head injury.
