I am a leadership and management professional with extensive experience in SMB executive management (including Strategy, Operations with P&L responsibility, Planning, HR, Legal and financial controls), project management for enterprise technology projects and direct supervision at various organizational levels in both technology and hospitality settings.

I’ve been both a leader and a follower in the businesses and organization I’ve worked with; but mostly I’ve been an observer of people in sometimes impossible circumstances.  I am still fascinated to see how a true leader will “rise to the moment” when everyone else is losing hope.  I’ve translated what I’ve learned into programs that help people discover their true core competencies, including unrecognized (or unused) leadership qualities.
