I checked online court records today and it showed Mr. Klein was held for court April 10 and is scheduled to appear in sex offender court before Judge Jill Rangos on June 6.

The charges were filed April 10, but Patch did not become aware of them until yesterday. The charges are public and viewable on the Unified Justice System website.
