Sweetwater Center for the Arts Culinary Arts Class--Summertime Salads

Cool off this summer with some fresh and light salads that will leave your mouth watering. Students will learn a variety of different recipes that can be made for summer parties, picnics or a quick lunch and dinner! Chef Nick will introduce students to a pina colada fruit salad, cucumber salad, chicken salad, seafood salad and several more! Materials fee is included in the tuition. Member tuition: $50, Non-member tuition: $65. Ages 21 and up.
